Entry levels
Indonesian 1 is an introductory unit designed for students with little or no previous experience in the language.
Many QUT students have had some prior exposure to Indonesian/Malay. If you have studied Indonesian before coming to QUT, or have lived in Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore or Brunei, you will normally be placed in a post-beginner level, but you must first contact the staff who will assess your level of background knowledge and place you at an appropriate level.
