The Faculty of Business Equity Committee provides up-to-date information on equity issues and initiatives within the Faculty of Business. The Faculty aims to raise awareness and provide a valuable resource to support equity target groups through a number of equity support services. The equity target groups identified by the University include:
- People with a disability
- Indigenous staff and students
- Students from low socioeconomic backgrounds
- People from non-English speaking backgrounds
- Women in non-traditional areas
- People from rural and isolated areas
If you identify with these groups or would like to find out if you are eligible for support from the Faculty, please contact us for a confidential consultation. Many students benefit from support from the Faculty in addition to receiving other government funded support.
