Prescribed Private Funds are a new tax effective vehicle for use by families and corporations to create philanthropic foundations. When combined with the new incentives for gifting property other than cash over several income years, they are proving a very effective tax planning tool.
A panel of experts will outline critical issues on Prescribe Private Funds (PPFs) confronting professional advisors including, legal, accounting, audit, investment and property donation issues.
This seminar is designed for lawyers, accountants, Trust staff, financial planners, fundraising consultants and company secretaries with an interest in corporate social responsibility.
