The Minister of Fair Trading, Hon Margaret Keech MP has announced a discussion paper on reform of the Associations Incorporation Act 1981. A discussion period will be held for community consultation until 22 April 2005. This seminar aims to explore the major issues associated with the reform of the Associations Incorporation Act 1981.
