Bob Wyatt was the Executive in Residence at CPNS from October 2005 - July 2006. During his time at CPNS Bob, researched Peak Organisations in Australia and New Zealand as part of a comparison study of five countries: Australia, Canada, England, New Zealand, and the USA. For the past sixteen years, Bob Wyatt has been the Executive Director of The Muttart Foundation, one of Canada’s largest private foundations and the second largest in Alberta. Since becoming involved as a grantmaker, Bob has been involved in issues related to charities on a local, regional and national level. He has led ongoing consultations between government and the sector on issues of regulatory reform.

David Thompson AM is the CEO of Jobs Australia Ltd, the national peak representative and services organisation for more than 250 nonprofit providers of employment and related services for unemployed people. David is the founding Board member, and current Deputy Chair of NESA, and a member of the DEWR/NESA Working Party. David is also an ACOSS Board and Executive member, and its Principal Policy Adviser on employment, education and training and youth affairs issues and its current representative on the ATO’s Charities Consultative Committee; Chair of the Jobs Australia Foundation; Chair of the Common Wealth Network for People Centred Development; Chair of National Roundtable of Nonprofit Organisations; Chair of Community 21 Limited, and its representative on the Community Sector Enterprises board; and director of Beyond Empathy.
