Career Summary
Noel has worked as an Associate Lecturer in the School of Management since 2005. Prior to moving into academia, he held senior management positions within the retail sector with operational responsibility for Queensland. Noel also holds the position of Executive Chair for a medium sized eco-tourism focused resort south of Stanthorpe.

Noel’s research revolves around the processes adopted by organisations in developing appropriate business continuity plans that enable proactive risk management. This is also related to managing change within organisations and their approaches to developing appropriate change strategies to ensure specified outcomes are achieved.
