Career Summary

Lisa Bradley joined the School of Management in 1995 as an Associate Lecturer. She has done consulting work in the area of Human Resource Management for private and public sector organisations. Lisa has been the Chair of the School teaching and learning committee, coordinator of Postgraduate research programs, and Acting Head of School. She has taught undergraduate and postgraduate units in the areas of organisational behaviour, research methods and human resource management. Her research focuses on improving quality of work life issues, including work-life balance and employee relations.
