Career Summary
Dr Waterhouse has extensive experience in both the private and public sectors. Following a managerial career in retail banking, she completed her BComm majoring in accounting and industrial relations and spent time as an auditor with the Queensland Audit Office. She joined QUT in 2001 at the commencement of her PhD which explored large-scale organisational change within a public sector organisation.
In 2005 Dr Waterhouse was the recipient of an APDI continuing her research into public sector change.
