Career Summary
Dr Jason Fitzsimmons is a lecturer at the Brisbane Graduate School of Business where he teaches subjects in data analysis and decision making, spreadsheet modelling, venture capital and new venture resourcing in the MBA and executive education programs. His research interests include optimisation and simulation modelling with applications in finance and marketing as well as entrepreneurship research in the areas of new venture financing and growth and profitability in small and medium enterprises. Dr. Fitzsimmons received his Bachelor of Applied Science (Physics), Master of Business Administration and Ph.D. in Physics from the Queensland University of Technology.
