Career Summary
Fran joined QUT in 1995 as a sessional academic. She moved from industry into a full time academic position in 2002 and brings to it extensive human resource management experience. Working in HR roles since 1990 has developed her generalist experience in recruitment and selection, training and development, performance appraisal, workplace health and safety, and payroll administration.
She has specialist knowledge in Executive Coaching and has coached senior leaders in industry since 2000.

Fran is completing a PhD, examining executive coaching as an alternative leadership development tool and was successful in winning an addendum to the ARC Linkage Project between QUT, QHPPS, DIR, ADSM and Queens University to examine leadership development through executive coaching.
