Career Summary
Artemis joined QUT in 2000 and is currently holding a senior lecturer position in the School of Management and acting as the coordinator of the Work Effectiveness Research Program.
Artemis conducts research and consultancy in the private and public sectors on group profiling and process intervention, change management and Information Systems implementation, and employee turnover. Artemis is also responsible for the development and teaching of human resource information management in the School of Management. Her current research interests include group processes and effectiveness, time and project management, group decision making under pressure, computer mediated communication, culture and change management, information systems implementation and utilization.
