Career Summary

Dr Amanda Gudmundsson is a registered psychologist in Queensland and has taught undergraduate and postgraduate programs across four south-east Queensland universities in the fields of strategic and operational HRM, interviewing skills, personal and professional development, group facilitation, change management, and industrial/organisational psychology. In addition to her academic work, Amanda maintains her association with industry through extensive applied research and industry consultation within the fields of human resource management and industrial psychology. Her career ambition is to help improve the experience of work for employees while increasing the human resource capacity of business.
