Career Summary

Abby Cathcart has been a Lecturer in the School of Management at Queensland University of Technology since February 2007. She previously worked as a Senior Lecturer in Management Studies at Sunderland University Business School in the United Kingdom. She is currently completing her PhD at Leicester University Management Centre (UK) in the field of organisational democracy and employee involvement. She lectures in Management and Organisational Behaviour as well as Cross Cultural Communication and Negotiation. Her research interests are in the areas of organisational democracy and employee participation, corporate citizenship, cross cultural group work and peer learning and she is the author of publications in these fields.
