Career Summary

Henri Burgers’ research interests focus on how established firms should manage their new business development and corporate venturing activities, including innovation in the construction/engineering industry and knowledge transfer. His research has been published in leading academic journals such as Journal of Business Venturing and Long Range Planning. He has been involved in research projects at Fortune 500 firms such as Royal Philips Electronics and Royal Dutch/Shell. Henri Burgers is also associated with the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University in the Netherlands and maintains active research collaborations with scholars in Europe and Australia.
