The PhD offers you the opportunity to demonstrate your erudition in a broad field of learning and to make an original and substantial contribution to knowledge in some specific area within that field. Generous support is provided to cover approved research-related expenses associated with the preparation of your thesis, including fieldwork activities and conference attendance. Paid research assistance or tutoring may also be offered.
